We will reimburse You within 14 days or less from the day on which We receive the financial confirmation. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will incur only card processing fees.
To cancel Your Cryptocurrency order in accordance with Order Cancellation Rights policy, You need to send an email to support@cryptonations.com advising the address sent from, the order reference number, which cryptocurrency, which coins and how many coins were sent. Please enter Your wallet address with the network details to receive your refund amount within the next 2-3 business days. You will receive an email from support@cryptonations.com informing and confirming to You that the merchant has authorized a refund. The crypto funds returned will be less than the original amount initially sent to cover the processing network fees involved.
Our Cryptocurrency sales funds can be received via Pallapay or directly into our wallets. Pallapay is a third-party non-custodial wallet for Crypto Nations Trading SPLLC. For more information on Pallapay, please visit their website www.pallapay.com.

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return & replace or refunded with a store credit certificate, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- The Goods have not been worn and washed
- The Goods are not altered or damaged in any way
- You received a confirmation email to return the Goods
The following Goods cannot be returned & replaced or refunded if:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or are clearly personalized
- The wrong size of Goods were initially requested by You in Your Order
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
We reserve the right to refuse returns & replacements or refunding of any merchandise that does not meet the above return & replace conditions after inspecting the Goods received and at our sole discretion. Â
